Fitness or Yoga Classes: 1 Hour
Small Group Fitness Classes include Bootcamp, Circuit, Post Natal Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Teen Bootcamp, Cardiofit classes and more. Be prepared to get sweaty and have fun! These classes will be one hour long.
In each of the classes we will use a variety of equipment that is appropriate for your fitness goals to get you the results you want. Equipment will vary depending on the class.
Small Group Yoga Classes: This includes Yoga for Young Athletes, Kids Yoga, Hatha or Vinyasa Flow for Adults.
