FREE FITNESS CLASS (One-Time Use)
YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH AGC FITNESS IS FREE!
Small Group Fitness Classes for 4-8 participants. This includes Bootcamp, Circuit, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Stroller Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Teen Bootcamp, Cardiofit classes and more. Be prepared to get sweaty and have fun! This class can be 45 minutes or one hour long.
In each of the services we will use a variety of equipment that is appropriate for your fitness goals to get you the results you want. Equipment may include TRX training, medicine ball, stability balls, dumbbells and more.
Yoga Classes:One on One Yoga is a customized Yoga practice for the individual client. The individual's goals and needs are carefully taken in to consideration when planning this Yoga session.
